How to Register / Apply for a FAN ID?
In order to attend / watch 2018 FIFA World Cup Football matches in Russia, a person must have a FAN ID (FAN ID is a personalized spectator card).
In order to get a FAN ID, please fill in an application form on this website or apply through a FAN ID Distribution Center.
Buy a ticket for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia through FIFA website.
Visit the website https://www.fan-id.ru and click on Registration.
Read the conditions and approve the terms and click on Next.
Enter the Ticket Number or Ticket Reservation Number, Upload Passport size color photo with with white background and fill the personal details and click on Next.
Wait for your application to be approved. Notifications regarding the status of your application will be received via SMS and E-Mail.
Once your FAN ID is approved, you can collect your FAN ID from any FAN ID Distribution center or Your FAN ID will be delivered through mail at a VFS Global Visa Application Center (For Foreign Citizens) / Rossotrudinchestvo office (For Foreign Citizens) / Post Office or an MFC in Moscow (for citizens of the Russian Federation)
