Standard Chartered Dubai Marathon is an annual marathon running race held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. More than 30,000 world-class runners are set to descend on Dubai on January for the 20th edition of the annual Standard Chartered Dubai Marathon which is the world's richest road race, with a winner's prize of US$20,000.
Spectators can cheer the runners on and enjoy the festive ambiance filled with healthy snacks and sports accessories from all the top brands, so head down with family or friends for a fun, sporty day in the sunshine.

Rules and Regulations
The following rules and regulations apply to all entrants.
- The official entry form must be completed fully by each intending participant.
- Completion of the entry form and payment of the entry fee represents acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the organizers to ensure the participants safety. Participants run at their own risk and the organisers shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage whether personal or otherwise and howsoever arising.
- All participants accept responsibility for travel and medical insurance and for payment and/or reimbursement of any medical/surgical expenses incurred.
- There is an official six hour finish time limit for the Marathon with police and medical support. Any remaining participants after this time are requested to run on the footpaths.
- There will be no refund or transfer of participation for those participants who do not take part or if the event is cancelled for whatever the reason.
- The organiser reserves the right to limit and refuse any entries.

What do I need to bring with me while coming for participating in the Marathon?
You must bring your final confirmation email plus valid ID with your photograph (eg valid passport or driving licence with photo) with you to collect your running number. A Valid ID with your Photo is Must.
After Registration Please Collect your Running Number before Thursday, 24th January 2019 @ 5 PM. No running numbers will be issued after this time under any circumstances. Failure to collect your running number you cannot participate in the 2019 Standard Chartered Dubai Marathon.

Drinks Provided
330ml bottles of Mineral Water are offered at every 5km and intermediary stations in between the 5km points.
Orange flavour Isostar will be offered for Marathon runners in paper cups. This will be available at six Drink Stations along the course at 10k, 15k, 20k, 25k, 30k, and 35k
