Online Tawajudi service (Tawajudi for residents) launched by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MOFAIC) to register Valid UAE residence visa holders who are currently out of the country which was intended to facilitate a safe return to the country after the recent entry ban to contain the coronavirus (Covid-19) spread.
Residents who are currently abroad can register for this service through MoFAIC's website. The service can be accessed through the main page of the ministry's website.
The UAE wants to ensure the health and safety of residents on its land and facilitate their return to the country in emergency cases

How to Register Valid UAE residence visa holders who are currently out of the country using Online Tawajudi service?
Visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MOFAIC) Website https://www.mofaic.gov.ae/
Click on Tawajudi Residents under Individual Services in Services Menu
Click on Start Service
Fill the Requested Information and Click on Submit.
Details required are:
- Name
- Phone outside UAE (used to send approval message)
- Emirates ID number
- Nationality
- Occupation
- Address inside UAE
- Type of residence visa
- Country of residence
- Phone number of a relative inside
- Countries visited 14 days ago
- Reasons for residing in the UAE
