ICA Smart service allows residents with valid resident visas to confirm entry / re-entry to the U.A.E using a easy to use website https://uaeentry.ica.gov.ae
Passengers who are stranded abroad who have valid UAE resident visa can check online whether they are eligible to fly to UAE using the website https://uaeentry.ica.gov.ae/.
Kindly enter the passport number that has the valid residence permit issued by Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA) and provide other required Information and click on check to check whether you are elibile to fly to UAE.

- Current Nationality
PCR Negative Certificate from UAE government approved laboratory is mandatory for flying to UAE.
Update:
Dubai residence visa holders who are flying to Dubai must have return approval from the GDRFA (General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs) according to airlines. The earlier decision which allow returning residents without ICA/GDRFA approval is revoked by Dubai authorities as per the airlines.
