Smart Pass is a transaction authorization method which ensures more security and convenience for your Online and Mobile transactions. you do not need to wait for OTP to authorize your transactions. You can enter 4-digit pin to authorize all Online transactions.

Smart Pass Registration Process

1. Log in to our Mobile App and tap on Activate Smart Pass

2. Answer secret questions


3. Enter the code received on your email

4. Enter the code received on your Mobile

5. Enter the 4-digit Smart Pass PIN of your choice

6. Smart Pass PIN activated successfully

Once the activation process is completed, you can authorize your Online and Mobile Banking transactions with Smart Pass in seconds.

How to Authorize Mobile / Online transaction

Mobile

Using Smart Pass service, you will be asked to enter the Smart Pass PIN to authorize transactions instead of entering the SMS Authentication Code. 

Online

If you are registered to Smart Pass Service, you will receive a notification is in your mobile device where Smart Pass is activated. After entering the Smart Pass PIN, the transaction is authorized.

Authorize transactions through Smart Pass Token

1. Click on Smart Pass icon on the home screen

2. Enter your Smart Pass PIN

3. A token number will be generated

4. Enter the token number in the box and confirm

If you didn’t receive the notification, you have an option to generate a Smart Pass token by just entering your Smart Pass PIN on your mobile device, and then type it on the Online Banking screen.

You cannot use the Smart Pass and SMS Authentication Together.

Smart Pass can be activated only on one mobile phone or tablet. If you buy a new phone, then you need to activate Smart Pass in your new Phone and Smart Pass in your Old Phone will be deactivated automatically. You will be able to authorize your online transactions with your Smart Pass PIN only from the device where you did the activation. But you can authorize transactions from the Online Banking or from any other device by entering a 6-digit token generated from your registered device. To generate the token, click on the Smart Pass icon in your app and enter your Smart Pass PIN.

There is no Fees for Smart Pass Service.
