Consulate General of India, Dubai announced Online Booking / Appointment System for Attestation Services to the Indian and Foreign Nationals living in Dubai and Northern Emirates. Attestation services are outsourced by the consulate to SG IVS Global Commercial Information Services.

- Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 1 PM
- Saturday from 8 AM to 11 AM
Applicants can book the appointment online to submit their application at the SG IVS Global Commercial Information Services for attestation services.
Once booked applicants with the appointment confirmation emails matching their ID proof will be entertained in SG IVS Global Commercial Information Services
How to Book Appointment for Attestation services in SG IVS Global Commercial Information Services?
1. Visit IVS Global Commercial Information Services website https://www.ivsglobalattestation.com/
2. Click on the Appointment tab at the top right corner of the Website
* Appointment facility will be only for Dubai branch.
* Selection of service category, service name and number of documents to be attested is mandatory
Select Attestation from Service Category
Select the Service Name from Drop Down (Birth Certificate / Marriage Certificate / Death Certificate / Pension Paper / Divorce Paper / Education Certificate / Medical Certificate / Passport Copy / Court Document)
Next Select No of documents to be attested
Select the Date from the Calendar
Sunday and public holidays office is closed.
Select the Time Slot
The applicants are required to provide the details as per his / her passport while booking the appointment like Given Name, Sur Name, ID Proof Phone and E-Mail and Click on Get OTP and Enter the OTP.
It is mandatory to produce original passport with appointment confirmation letter (hard copy and soft copy) at the time of appointment.
It may be noted that the holding appointment confirmation letter (soft copy and hard copy) with the details: name/given name and passport no matching his/her passport will be allowed for submission.
Appointment confirmation letter with details different from his/her passport will not be entertained.
Once booking is done. You will receive the appointment confirmation
