Flight eligibility: The service is available to passengers who have a long layover in Dubai due to a connection between two Emirates flights. The minimum layover duration required for eligibility varies, but it is generally around 8 to 24 hours. The next available connection to your destination should be more than 8 Hours in order to avail this offer.
Ticket eligibility: To qualify for Dubai Connect, you need to have a confirmed booking and be traveling on an Emirates-operated flight.
Class of travel: Generally, passengers traveling in Business Class or First Class are eligible for Dubai Connect. However, in some cases, passengers traveling in Economy Class may also be eligible based on certain fare classes or ticket types.

How to do Dubai Connect Visa Request
To initiate the visa processing through UAE immigration, kindly send the following documents to DubaiConnect@emirates.com
- A copy of the information page of your passport.
- A copy of a passport-sized photograph.
- Names of all passengers.
- Booking reference.
- Ticket number.
- Email address for visa status updates.
Once your visa has been issued, Emirates will provide updates and email the visa directly to you.
Please note that the issuance of visas is subject to the discretion of UAE Immigration. Emirates cannot be held responsible for rejected or ungranted visas. Dubai Connect visas will be processed only 14 days prior to departure and up to 48 hours before departure, taking into account the validity period of the visa.
