https://screening.purehealth.ae/ - UAE residents abroad returning to UAE have to submit a negative COVID 19 PCR test before flying in all Airports in the United Arab Emirates.  PCR test to be taken from approved / accredited Test Centres and need to fly in Negative with Test Result not more than 72 hours prior to arrival in the UAE. Residents should have signed a Health Declaration Form.

How to Register for COVID 19 Screening in India?

Visit the website https://screening.purehealth.ae and Select your Country,  Visa Type and read and accept Terms and Conditions and click on Next.


Select your Visa Issuing Emirate and click on Next.

Select the nearest City from the Dropdown and you can see your closest Screening Facility address. Select one Testing Centre and click Next.

You will be displayed with an Applicaton Form. Fill the Application Form and click Next and complete the Application Procedure and you will get Appointment for the COVID 19 Screening Test Centre.

If you have not received your registration email within 10 minutes:
1. Please check your spam/junk folder - sometimes emails are sent there by default.
2. If you have still not received the registration email, please contact customer support using the chat function at the bottom left corner of the home page.

Cannot upload  scanned passport?

1. Your passport scan should be in one of these formats: PDF, JPEG, JPG or PNG.
2. The limit on the upload size is 2MB - please ensure your upload is not larger than this limit.

Yes, you still have to proceed with a COVID-19 test for clearance.

What kind of COVID-19 test will the lab take?

The lab will take a PCR nasal swab sample from you to test for COVID-19.

What is the status of my result?

Your result will be issued within 24-48 hours from the time the sample was collected at lab via email - kindly note that results cannot be shared sooner than this period.

What should I do if my result is positive?

In case of a positive result, you need to quarantine yourself in isolation to prevent further spread - following that, you are to contact your local health authorities immediately.

3. If there is no available choice, you can send an email to customer.service@purehealth.ae.

How can I apply for a refund?

1. Cancel your application by clicking "Manage Application" on the top right of the homepage.
2. Select "Cancel My Application".
3. Check your email - you should have received a cancellation email.
4. If you have not been tested at a laboratory, your refund will be automatically processed.

How long will my refund take?

Once approved, your refund will take 15-20 working days to reflect in your bank account.

How much does the test cost?

You will receive a confirmation on the final cost before proceeding with payment - the test cost varies by your country, your local currency and the current exchange rate at the time of registration.

For online payment, will I be charged with an exchange rate?

All applicable exchange rates and conversion fees will be deducted as per your bank's policy.

Is there any cancelation fee?

Yes, there is a cancellation fee - please refer to our Terms and Conditions section located on the home page.

Why I am not being refunded?

If your sample has already been taken by the lab, you will not be refunded - please note that once you have given your sample at the lab, you will not be refunded even if you cancel your application.
